Prabhdeep Batra

Prabhdeep Batra started their career in the insurance industry with Allianz Securities Limited in 1999 as an Assistant Manager. Prabhdeep then moved on to Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. in 2000, where they held the role of Assistant Manager until 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they were an Assistant Manager at Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Co. Ltd. In 2004, they joined Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group as a Manager in the Japanese Business division, and after a year, they became the Head of Wealth Management at Almondz Global Securities Limited. In 2008, they joined Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group again, this time as the Deputy General Manager for the Japan & Korea Division. Their most recent role was with Reliance General Insurance, where they served as the Zonal Head for the North region from 2011 to 2016, then as the Head of Corporate for Mumbai & Delhi from 2016 to 2018, and finally as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Corporate Business division starting in April 2018.

Prabhdeep Batra has a diverse education history. In 1992, they graduated from Delhi University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Venkateswara College. Prabhdeep then pursued further education and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in Finance from MIM in 1997. In 2001, they became an Associate by completing studies at the Insurance Institute of India. In 2007, Prabhdeep obtained a Certification in Productivity in Financial Services from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Finally, in 2008, they completed a Masters degree in Financial Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
