Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business, compliance, nutrition, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university instructor, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
