Sean McClenathan

Sean McClenathan is the Dean of Student Services at The Renaissance Charter High School for Innovation. Prior to this role, Sean held various positions at Boys Town including Assistant Coordinator, Shift Supervisor, and Youth Care Worker, demonstrating a strong commitment to working with at-risk youth and families in crisis. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services from Penn State University, Sean utilizes data analysis to address attendance patterns and implement interventions to support students' success.
