Michelle McCain (She/Her)

Michelle McCain has held a variety of roles in the talent acquisition and customer success fields since 2011. Michelle began their career as a Sales Executive at Braves Technologies. In 2021, they joined Rent A Sourcer as a Customer Success Manager (Talent Sourcing). Later that year, they joined Savioke as a Talent Sourcer. Most recently, they have been a Talent Sourcer at The Lifetime Value Co. since 2022. In their roles, Michelle has helped product/SAAS companies hire the best talent that suits their requirement and company culture, provided data about people, homes, vehicles, businesses and more, and helped clients source talent across North America, Europe, and APAC.

Michelle McCain obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Georgia State University between 2010 and 2012. Michelle also holds certifications from LinkedIn in Recruiting Talent with Social Media and Talent Sourcing, both obtained in May 2022.
