Sanura Dewa

Sanura Dewa is an experienced professional in people operations and project management, currently serving as a People Operations Associate and Office Manager at Common Future since December 2022. Sanura also holds the position of Service Corps Fellow at Repair the World, contributing over 400 service hours with various non-profits and mutual aid groups. Previous roles include Project Manager at AmeriCorps VISTA, where Sanura worked to combat homelessness, and Personal Assistant to a gubernatorial candidate in Nigeria. A background in environmental engineering and science from Columbia University and Spelman College complements Sanura's advocacy work and project management experience across multiple organizations, including Climate Action Corps and Carbon Lighthouse.
