Benedict Kang

Benedict Kang is a seasoned scientist specializing in gene therapy bioprocess analytics, currently serving as a Senior R&D Scientist for Viral Vector Assays at Repligen Corporation since June 2021. With nearly three years of experience, Benedict has led significant analytics activities for gene therapy bioprocesses. Prior roles include Bioanalytical Scientist II and I at Pall Corporation, focusing on AAV and Lentivirus analytics, along with contributions to various R&D projects. Benedict's earlier experiences include research positions at Ajou University, the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, and the University of Michigan, where skills in advanced laboratory techniques and assay development were honed. Benedict holds a Master of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from the University of Arizona.
