Chase Johnson

Chase Johnson has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2011. Chase began their career as a Public Relations Intern and HR Generalist at Benefis Health System. In 2015, they joined Logan Health as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruiting Program Manager at North Valley Hospital. In 2016, they worked as an Executive Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Scion Executive Search. From 2018 to 2022, they served as Head of Talent (Global) at SheerID, where they developed strategies, processes, and relationships to take the company from a Series B to Series C funding with $0 in agency recruitment spend while growing the team from 45 to 120+ employees. Chase is currently employed at Replit as Talent.
