Cyndi Sharp

Cyndi Sharp has extensive experience in program management, donor relations, and staffing coordination. Currently serving at Rescue Mission Alliance since February 2016, Cyndi oversees program operations and staff, while helping homeless families secure affordable housing and managing various aspects of fundraising and marketing. Prior roles include Staffing Coordinator at Staffworks, Inc., where Cyndi filled temporary staffing needs and built client relationships, and Care Manager at Upstate Cerebral Palsy, focusing on individualized assessments and care plans. Cyndi began the career at Unity House of Cayuga County Inc., progressing from Employment Service Coordinator to Program Manager, responsible for staff management and compliance. Cyndi holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Cayuga County Community College and has academic experience from Keuka College.
