Sucheta Phatak

Sucheta Joglekar Phatak is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Resilinc since June 2021, Sucheta has previously held significant positions including Head of Human Resources at HEXANIKA and Senior Human Resources Advisor for multiple organizations such as VFS Global and British Telecom. With expertise in GDPR implementation, performance evaluation, compliance, and employee training, Sucheta has successfully led HR initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and employee engagement. In addition to a Diploma in Counseling and Mental Health Psychology from the Karve Institute of Social Service, Sucheta holds a Master's equivalent to CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources Management from Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from AISSMS.
