Vinod Muthuswamy

Vinod Muthuswamy has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Vinod is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Resolve Tech Solutions, a global technology services company. In this role, they are responsible for delivering high-performance and high-quality solutions to clients in industries such as telecom, retail, government, aerospace, defense, and real estate.

Prior to their current position, Vinod served as the Chief Operating Officer at Resolve Tech Solutions, where they were responsible for implementing and executing the company's strategic vision. Vinod focused on digital transformation, agile development, AI and ML technologies, cloud migration, and SAP implementation.

Before joining Resolve Tech Solutions, Vinod held the position of President & Chief Technology Officer at InnoTech, a software technology company. Vinod'smain goal at InnoTech was to enable digital disruption across various industries, such as supply chain, logistics, telecom, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and smart cities. Vinod achieved this through the creation of the InnoAI platform, which simplified the adoption of next-generation technologies.

Vinod also has experience in executive roles at GDT - General Datatech and its subsidiary, GDT Advanced Solutions. As President of GDT, they led the transformation of the organization, driving significant revenue growth and improving the revenue mix of solutions and services. As President of GDT Advanced Solutions, they were responsible for turning around an underperforming business and achieving long-term returns on investment.

Prior to GDT, Vinod served as the Chief Technology Officer at 3Qube Technologies, where they focused on cloud services and transforming customer's business environments through technology innovation.

Earlier in their career, Vinod worked at NEC Corporation of America in various leadership roles. As Vice President of Managed and Cloud Services, they had P&L responsibility for NEC's IT Managed Services and Cloud solutions, serving enterprise and public sector customers. Vinod also focused on strategic planning, development of cloud-based services, and operational excellence. Prior to that, they held roles as Director of Managed Services, Manager of Services and Support, and Team Lead of Technical Support Services.

Vinod's career began at GE Healthcare, where they participated in the Customer Service Leadership Program. Vinod led engineering operations and ISO 9000-9001 process for GE Medical Systems, gaining valuable cross-functional experience.

Vinod Muthuswamy completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications from the University of Mysore from 1995 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Vinod obtained various certifications throughout their career. In February 2010, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In February 2011, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from ITIL Certified. In April 2002, Vinod obtained the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification from Cisco Systems, Inc. In July 2020, they obtained the DevOps Foundations certification from LinkedIn. In August 2020, Vinod obtained four certifications, namely, Becoming an AI-First Product Leader from LinkedIn, Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from LinkedIn, Microservices Foundations from LinkedIn, and Introduction to Deep Learning with OpenCV from LinkedIn. Most recently, in January 2021, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
