Eli Edleson-Stein

Eli Edleson-Stein is an experienced lead organizer at Restaurant Opportunities Centers United since October 2017, while also serving as co-founder, producer, and writer for LoonarCity, a production collective focused on innovative video projects. Additional roles include serving at various restaurants and managing front-of-house operations, along with contributions as a shanty artist for Art Shanty Projects. Previous experience as a community youth worker and teen programs coordinator highlights a commitment to youth development. Eli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Studies and Visual Arts from the University of Minnesota and a certificate in Residential Carpentry from Minneapolis College.
