Rae Ramirez

Rae Ramirez, CHRP has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1994 as a Food Attendant at Furusato Japanese Restaurant, they then worked as a DubDub (Food Attendant) at TGI Fridays. In 1995, they joined Chowking Food Corporation as a Management Trainee/Shift Manager and also worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Haagen-Dazs Cafe from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they became an Outbound Customer Service Representative at ContactPoint and then a Customer Interactive Associate at Telus International Philippines (formerly Ambergris Solutions) from 2003 to 2003.

From 2003 onwards, Rae Ramirez focused on the recruitment and HR field. Rae worked at Convergys, starting as a Specialist, Agent Recruiting in 2004 and progressing through several roles including Officer, Agent Recruiting; Senior Officer, Agent Recruiting; Manager, Agent Recruiting; Senior Manager, Agent Recruiting - QC Area; and finally Head of Corporate Recruitment (Senior Manager) and Head of Corporate Recruitment (Director).

In 2013, they joined EXL as a Senior AVP, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner, Insurance Vertical. In 2015, Rae Ramirez transitioned to Wells Fargo as the Country Talent Acquisition Head.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition - Philippines at ResultsCX, a role they have held since April 2020.

Rae Ramirez, CHRP, completed their secondary education from Colegio del Buen Consejo between 1986 and 1990. Rae later pursued a college degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Saint Paul University, graduating in 1994.
