Tori Jones

Tori Jones is an experienced professional in patient account representation and recreational therapy. Currently serving as a Patient Account Representative at Resurgens Orthopaedics since October 2021, Tori previously held the same role at AdaptHealth from 2015 to October 2021. Tori's earlier experience includes providing customer service and developing recreation programs as a Recreational Arts Assistant at Arbor Acres United Methodist Retirement Community from September 2011 to July 2015, and a Recreational Therapy Intern at WhiteStone A Masonic and Eastern Star Community. Tori's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from South University and a Master's in Human Services with a focus on Mental Health Administration from the University of the Rockies, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy from Western Carolina University.
