Jeremy Redgate has a diverse work experience, starting as an Electrician at JLR Electric INC from June 2006 to January 2012. Jeremy then worked as a Project Manager at Trotter & Morton Group of Companies from January 2012 to April 2017, overseeing industrial construction projects and specializing in Electrical Construction and Management. Jeremy also served as the Project Manager of Field Services at Trotter & Morton from October 2013 to April 2017.
Following that, they joined ARC Resources Ltd. in April 2017 as a Facility Electrical, Power Systems, and Instrumentation Maintenance specialist. In this role, they were responsible for facility maintenance, reliability programs, asset management coordination, and electrical and instrumentation repairs.
Jeremy then transitioned to Tundra Process Solutions in May 2021 as a Project Manager, where they demonstrated their expertise in project management until February 2023.
Currently, they are involved with REV since February 2023. Initially, they held the position of Manager Project Management Office, where they provided guidance to executive and leadership teams regarding project portfolios and resource planning. In April 2023, they were appointed as the Director of Project Management Office, leading the PMO in an organization-focused manner.
Additionally, Jeremy also owns JR Contracting Services LTD., starting from March 2017, where they manage various contracting projects.
Jeremy Redgate has an educational history that spans over several years. In 1997, they obtained their High School Diploma from Concordia High School. Following that, from 2005 to 2008, Jeremy pursued an Electrical Apprenticeship at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) to become an Electrician. In 2014, they attended Mount Royal University, where they completed a Project Management Extension Certificate in the field of Project Management. In 2015, they further enhanced their project management skills by obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate from PMI Institute. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, Jeremy attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and completed a 4th Class Power Engineer program, although the field of study is not specified. Overall, their education encompasses a range of disciplines, including electrical work, project management, and power engineering.
