Emilie Blanchard

Emilie Blanchard has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. From 2022 to present, they have been the HR Lead at Reveal. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Human Ressources Business Partner at RATP Smart Systems, where they managed recruitment, administrative and collective management, HRIS, and Compensation & Benefits. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Project Manager at CHANEL, where they worked on Compensation & Benefits and HR projects. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Recruitment Advisor at DUALIS Recrutement. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Active Member at Conférence Olivaint and a Jurist at ADH Saint Cire cabinet d'avocats. Finally, from 2013 to 2014, they were a Jurist and Legal Trainee at Alcatel-Lucent, where they worked on Corporate Governance, Capital Markets, and the Registration Document and Annual Report.

Emilie Blanchard has a diverse educational background, beginning with a French baccalaureate in Economics and Social Sciences, specialized in Mathematics, from Lycée Hulst in 2008-2011. Emilie then completed a Bachelor degree in Private Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 2011-2014. In 2015, they attended both Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and California State University-Dominguez Hills, obtaining a Master's degree in Droit privé and an Undergraduate degree in English and American literature, respectively. In 2016-2018, they completed a Master 1-2 in Management opérationnel des ressources humaines from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion. Additionally, Emilie Blanchard attended a summer class at the University of California, Riverside in 2010, and a program at the University of Northampton in 2008.
