Keith Breon

Keith Breon is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing professional with extensive experience in the vacation rental industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Revnest since October 2022, Keith is focused on developing a global MLS and marketplace aimed at simplifying real estate transactions. Previously, as the owner of Zoca from May 2020 to December 2023, Keith successfully increased gross rental revenue by 32% and net rental income by 67% for a private portfolio of vacation rentals. With a strong background at Vacasa from June 2010 to March 2020, Keith held various roles, including Director of Guest Marketing, where efforts contributed to over $1.25 billion in sales. Educationally, Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Urban-Rural Planning/GIS from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
