Erica Crutch

Erica Crutch has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2022. Erica is currently working as the Vice President of Partner Engagement at Rewriting the Code, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to this, Erica worked as the Director of Partner Management at the same company from September 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Rewriting the Code, Erica worked at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center as a Senior Recruiter & Program Manager, Early Talent Recruitment from March 2020 to September 2021. Erica also held the position of University Relations Recruiter from March 2019 to March 2020.

Between 2017 and 2019, Erica worked at Wake Forest University School of Business as an Assistant Director, Enrollment Management Recruiting.

In 2016, they served as the Senior Assistant Director of Recruitment, Graduate Admissions at Emerson College.

Prior to that, Erica worked as an Admissions Officer at Goodwin College from March 2013 to May 2015.

Erica also gained experience in the hospitality industry, holding the position of Group and Catering Sales Manager, Northeast Group Sales at Marriott International from August 2010 to August 2012.

Erica's earliest work experience was with The Walt Disney Company, where they worked as a Catering Guest Service Manager, Park Event Operations from January 2010 to August 2010. Erica also served as a Restaurant Guest Service Professional Intern at Hollywood & Vine Restaurant, Hollywood Studios from June 2009 to January 2010.

Erica Crutch has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Counselor Education: Student Development in Higher Education from Central Connecticut State University. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with a major in Hospitality and Tourism, focusing on Hotel & Restaurant Management and Business. Additionally, Erica has obtained a Meeting and Event Planning Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
