Ian Howell

Ian Howell has a diverse work experience in the talent management and recruiting field. Ian started their career at Robert Half International in 2008 as a Division Director and Staffing Manager. In 2011, they joined RGP as a Manager, Client Services, and later progressed to the role of Director in Talent Management and Recruiting. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Talent Management at RGP, based in Irvine, CA.

Ian Howell attended Augustana College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Political Science.
