Vahid Joroughi

Vahid Joroughi is a professional with extensive experience in engineering and telecommunications. Currently serving as Engineering Programs Manager at RHEA Group since January 2021, Joroughi previously held the position of Communications Solutions Architect at GomSpace from January 2019 to December 2020. Prior roles include Research Associate at SES Satellites and the University of Luxembourg from January 2017 to December 2018, and Postdoctoral Researcher at Thales Alenia Space and the Information Technologies Group at the University of Vigo in 2016. Joroughi began their career as a Switch Engineer at the Telecommunication Company of Iran from 2006 to 2011. Joroughi earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Telecommunication Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, focusing on Next Generation Multibeam Satellite Systems.
