Marvin Blaza

Marvin Blaza is an experienced Microsoft 365 Technology Expert Lead, currently leading the Microsoft 365 Technology Expert Team at Crayon since August 2018, providing mentorship and overseeing Level 2 escalation support. Previous roles at Crayon include Team Lead and OIC Team Lead in Microsoft 365 Business Support, where responsibilities involved ensuring quality technical support and team development. Prior to Crayon, Marvin served as a Senior Global IT Infrastructure Support Analyst at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., managing L1 IT Support Analysts and handling IT incidents and service requests. Marvin holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines.
