Mike Holtet

Mike Holtet has extensive work experience in the homebuilding industry. Mike started their career as the Chief Estimator/CAD Specialist at Genuario Companies in 2001, where they oversaw estimating and contracting for a custom homebuilding subsidiary. In 2005, they joined Stanley Martin Companies as the Director of Procurement Systems and Applications, responsible for managing all aspects of purchasing and negotiating contracts with manufacturers and trade partners.

In 2013, Mike joined NVR, Inc. as the National Contracts-Group Sourcing Manager, where they specialized in procurement and supply chain management for multiple homebuilding brands. Mike then moved to K. Hovnanian® Homes in 2014 as the VP of Purchasing, leading the development of standard operating procedures and staff development.

In 2017, Mike became the VP of Purchasing at Mattamy Homes, where they were responsible for purchasing operations. Mike then joined Domain Homes in 2021 as the National Vice President of Operations, overseeing all operational aspects and serving as the Interim Division President for the Orlando division.

Currently, Mike works as the Executive Vice President of Home Building Operations at Richmond American Homes, starting in 2023. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in operations, purchasing, procurement, and supply chain management within the homebuilding industry.

Mike Holtet obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Virginia Tech between 1998 and 2001.
