Troy Hendges has had extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Troy worked at Ridgeview Industries from 2014 and held the positions of Technical Manager and later became the VP of Technical Support in January 2016. Prior to that, they worked at GR Spring & Stamping Inc. from 2005. At GR Spring & Stamping, they held various roles including Controls Engineer from January 2005 to April 2010, Value Added Department Lead from April 2010 to April 2013, and Assembly Plant Manager from April 2013 to April 2014.
Troy Hendges began their education journey in 2001 at Grand Rapids Community College, where they focused on Industrial Maintenance. Troy studied there for four years, completing their education in 2005. After a brief break, Troy returned to pursue further education in 2009 at Davenport University. At Davenport, they specialized in Information Technology & Security and studied there for a year, completing their studies in 2010.
