Dr. Sebastian Müller, LL.M.

Dr. Sebastian Müller, LL.M. is the founder and in-house lawyer at right. based on science GmbH, a climate metrics and software provider since August 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a lawyer at CMS Deutschland from April 2015 to October 2018. Dr. Sebastian also gained experience as a legal intern at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in August 2014, Flick Gocke Schaumburg from October 2013 to July 2014, Deutsche Botschaft Reykjavík from July 2013 to September 2013, and as a doctoral candidate at Henkel from April 2012 to October 2012. Dr. Sebastian started their professional career as a student and research assistant at the Institut für Finanz- und Steuerrecht from August 2006 to March 2012. In addition, they worked as a legal associate at Linklaters in July 2011 and as a legal associate at EY from September 2010 to November 2010.

Dr. Sebastian Müller, LL.M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law (1. Juristisches Staatsexamen) from Universität Osnabrück between the years 2003 and 2009. Dr. Sebastian then pursued a Master's degree in Taxation (LL.M. Taxation) at the same institution from 2009 to 2010. Finally, they completed their education at Oberlandesgericht Köln, where they obtained a 2. Juristisches Staatsexamen between 2012 and 2014.
