Kristin Farahdel

Kristin Farahdel has worked in the technology industry since 2019. That year, they began as a Managed Services Engineer at Safe Systems. In that role, they served as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple security and email products, collaborated with the specialized CloudInsight team, and partnered with senior leadership to develop innovative QA processes. Kristin then moved into the role of Managed Services Analyst, where they reviewed operations, identified issues, instituted process improvement strategies, liaised with product vendors and product owners, and overhauled the department's training and documentation practices. In 2021, they joined Electric as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, they served as the technical resource for Implementation, determined and implemented process and documentation improvements, collaborated with development and product teams, worked directly with incoming customers, and cross-trained with the security team. Currently, they are a Technical Implementation Manager at Rinsed.

Kristin Farahdel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University between 2016 and 2021. In July 2020, they obtained a Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft. In July 2022, they obtained a Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English certification from Jamf.
