Heikki Tanner

Heikki Tanner has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial positions. Heikki has served as the Director of After Sales at Rinta-Joupin Autoliike Oy since 2021, overseeing the After Sales Business Unit and managing 11 locations and around 170 employees. Prior to that, Heikki worked at Qicraft Finland Oy as the Head of After Sales, leading and coordinating the development of After Sales and Logistics Services in the Qicraft Group. Heikki also held the role of Country Manager (Finland & Estonia) at Qicraft, managing the P&L and personnel of the Finnish and Estonian companies. Before that, they served as the Services Director, responsible for managing the Finnish Services Center and developing the service portfolio of the company. Heikki also has experience as a Wellness System Manager and Product Manager, where they built a new business line within two years. Heikki started their career as a Sales Representative at Hilti Suomi and conducted research as a Researcher at Rederi Ab Engship. Heikki also worked as a Customs Inspector at Suomen tulli - Finnish Customs.

Heikki Tanner's education history begins in 2002 when they attended the University of Vaasa. Heikki studied there until 2007 and obtained a Master of Science in Economics, with a focus on International Management, Finance, and International Marketing.

In 2013, Heikki pursued further education at Aalto University. Heikki engaged in post-graduate studies in Service Solutions Competence.
