Pedro Augusto dos Santos

Pedro Augusto dos Santos is a Senior UX Researcher at Ripio since April 2022, focusing on comprehensive research projects to enhance financial products aimed at fostering a new digital economy. Prior experience includes working as a UX Researcher at Mooven Consulting, where Pedro contributed to national projects for major clients like Itaú and Natura, utilizing UX Design and Design Thinking methodologies. As a Service Designer at CREN, Pedro collaborated on projects combining technology, science, and education, with notable involvement in the "Experiências que Alimentam" initiative. Additionally, at Evoluir, Pedro led the ECOA program to improve children's education through project-based learning. Pedro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André and an MBA in UX Research, Research Operations, and Design Leadership, completed in 2023.
