Pravin Roche

Pravin Roche has over 14 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Pravin worked as the Head of Product at RippleHire from September 2014 to present, where they were responsible for hiring quality talent. Prior to that, they served as a User Experience Architect and later as a User Experience Manager at Mastek UK Ltd. from November 2010 to September 2014. Before that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Dream11.com from February 2009 to November 2010. Pravin started their career as a Design Consultant at Tech Mahindra from January 2007 to February 2009, where they assisted in building the core team for gaming. Pravin also worked as a Lead Graphic Designer at Gameloft from May 2006 to September 2006.

Pravin Roche completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2003. In 2010, they obtained a certification as a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International, specializing in User Experience Design. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma in Design and Arts at C-Dac from 2003 to 2004.
