Jay Sikora

Jay Sikora is an experienced UX Manager with a current position at Ripstone, overseeing experience design and user research for various gaming platforms. Previously, Jay held similar responsibilities at Halfords, enhancing online customer journeys while implementing advanced payment solutions. In addition to a strong background in UX and UI design acquired at inMusic, Jay served as an Audio & QA Engineer at ROLI and has extensive experience as an Independent Session Drummer, collaborating with numerous high-profile artists such as Birdy and Paolo Nutini. Educationally, Jay holds a BA (Hons) in Music from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and has pursued further studies in interaction and design.
