Steve Betty has extensive experience in operations and recruitment, currently serving as Operations Manager at Riva Home since September 2020, where previous roles included Operations Coordinator and Warehouse Shift Manager. Prior to this, Steve was a Recruitment Consultant at Compass Resourcing Ltd from July 2015 to October 2018, contributing to the growth of this international recruitment consultancy. Steve's career began at Sainsbury's, where a tenure as Team Leader lasted from August 2012 to August 2015. Steve holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Human Resource Management from Leeds Beckett University and A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, and PE from Wetherby High School.
