Inelle T. M. Cooper, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources. Inelle T. M. served as the Director of Human Resources at RiverBay Corporation at Co-Op City from November 2015 onwards. Prior to this, they worked at Strategic Human Resources Solutions where they held the position of Sr. HR Business Partner (Director) from January 2015 to November 2015. From April 2002 to December 2014, they worked at MSC Industrial Supply Co. as the Sr. Director of Associate Relations & Affirmative Action. In this role, they advised senior leadership on HR matters, developed and implemented HR policies, and ensured compliance with employment laws. Before that, Inelle worked at Gentiva Health Services as the Manager of Associate Relations from August 1999 to April 2002, where they oversaw HR policies and programs, conducted investigations, and provided HR consult to management and associates. Inelle T. M. also worked as the Manager of Diversity/EEO Initiatives at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield from 1997 to 1999.
Inelle T. M. Cooper, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The New School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Joseph's University New York. In addition to their formal education, Inelle has also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Vector International, SHRM-SCP from SHRM, and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
