Maol John Kaiser

John Kaiser, MAOL, brings extensive experience in law enforcement and education. Serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Riverside Community College District since January 2015, John has a solid foundation in academia. Prior to this role, John held a significant position as Sergeant with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department from March 1996 to February 2021, and also served as Vice President of the Riverside County Law Enforcement Management Unit from January 2018 to February 2020. John's earlier career includes positions as a Police Officer with the National City Police Department and Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District. Academically, John holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Chapman University, as well as an Associate of Science in Administration of Justice from Grossmont College.
