Khalifa Bouzidi

Khalifa Bouzidi has extensive experience in the field of Citrix administration and support. Khalifa started their career as a Technical Support Engineer and Team Leader at EGEM Informatique IBM Partner in 1987. Khalifa then worked as a System Engineer and Team Leader at EGEM Informatique IBM from 1990 to 1994. Khalifa later joined the Group of Banque Nationale Agricole (TIS) as the Manager of the Technical Support Department from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they worked at Riyad Bank, where they held several roles including Senior Citrix Administrator, Assistant Manager, Manager, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President – Citrix Unit. In these roles, Khalifa was responsible for administering and supporting Citrix server environments, managing and monitoring Citrix servers in different farms, planning and designing Citrix environments, and installing and supporting Citrix products such as Citrix Virtual Apps, Citrix VDI, and Citrix XenMobile. Khalifa also played a key role in redesigning Citrix architecture to improve performance and reduce administration costs.

Khalifa Bouzidi obtained a Master Degree Diploma in Electronic and Computer from Tunisia Private University between 1982 and 1985. Khalifa also holds additional certifications including Citrix Certified Professional Mobility in 2018, Citrix Certified Administrator in 2012 and 2007, Microsoft Certified Professional in 2007, and IBM Technical Support in 1998.
