Mark Fox

Mark Fox is the CEO of Roadchef. Mark has previously worked as the CEO of Bill's Restaurants, the managing director of Starbucks, and the managing director of Pizza Hut UK & Europe. Mark has also worked as the business director of Restaurant Associates and the business devt director of Yum! Restaurants International. Mark began their career as an ops services manager at KFC UKI.

Mark Fox's educational career began with him completing their A Levels at Haberdashers' Monmouth Schools. Mark then went on to study at the University of Aberdeen, where they completed a degree in maths, statistics and operational research.
