Olivier Monod

Olivier Monod is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Chef De Partie and Banquet Chef at Roaring Fork Club since May 2021, Olivier also holds the position of Sous Chef at Aspensnowmass ski company since November 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Chef at Oak Island Golf and Country Club/DUFFER’S PUB & GRILL from October 2019 to November 2020 and ownership of Campus Food Service of NJ from May 1991 to August 2010. Olivier's educational background includes a Food & Beverage Certification in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from GastroVaud in Lausanne, Switzerland, completed in July 1979.
