Alan Melnick

Alan Melnick is an experienced professional in production control and materials management, currently serving as Senior Master Scheduler at Robern since May 2022. Previously, Melnick held various roles at Lockheed Martin from October 2014 to August 2021, including Production Control Manager, where oversight of a team managing material allocation and work order maintenance was crucial for commercial helicopter production. As Demand Planning Supervisor, Melnick's focus on surplus materials successfully reduced unallocated inventory by $25M.
