Alisha Thomson Hardoon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Customer Success at Robin since August 2019, Alisha has progressively taken on roles from Customer Success Manager to Manager in the same department. Prior to Robin, Alisha worked as a Customer Success Manager at Quick Base and was a Program Coordinator at the Center for Women & Enterprise. Alisha also hiked the entire Appalachian Trail, covering over 2,189 miles. Earlier career experiences include roles at Harvard Business School as Communications Manager, as a Brand Representative at New Balance, a Legal Recruiting Coordinator at Foley Hoag LLP, and an HR Intern at Kay and Associates, Inc. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Bryant University.
