Joseph Taliuaga

Joseph Taliuaga began their career in 2005 as an Underwriter for Piedmont Community Health Plan. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing population health and medical conditions to determine pricing of company health plans. In 2006, they joined Rockbridge Associates as Director, Client Development. In this role, they established and fostered new client relationships and provided a unique perspective given their decade of experience in the industry managing client projects. Additionally, they utilized their understanding of the research process and analytics to ensure Rockbridge’s research solutions addressed clients’ business needs. Joseph also served as a Director, leading the day-to-day project activities, including supervising the programming and data collection and working on the analysis. At Rockbridge, Joseph worked with a range of clients in the technology, education, finance, and association fields.

Joseph Taliuaga attended Virginia Tech from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelors Degree in Statistics. Joseph's field of study included Survey Design/Implementation, Online Survey Programming, and Extensive Analysis Techniques.
