Mark Hetzler

Mark Hetzler has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of student development and university administration. Mark served as the Associate Vice President for Student Development at Rockhurst University, where they were responsible for overseeing residential living, strategic planning, code of conduct, and promoting healthy behaviors. Mark also provided consulting services to colleges and universities, offering expertise in residential life, student services, and performance improvement solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Northwest Missouri State University in various roles including Director of Auxiliary Services, Director of Residential Life, Senior Coordinator of Residential Life, and Interim Associate Vice President of Student Affairs. Mark also worked as a Hall Director at Missouri State University. Throughout their career, Mark Hetzler has demonstrated a strong commitment to student success, leadership, and strategic planning.

Mark Hetzler earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Illinois University between 1983 and 1987. Later, they obtained their Master's degree in Counseling from Missouri State University, completing their studies between 1987 and 1992.
