Marjorie Goux

As Rodan + Fields Chief Legal Officer & Secretary, Marjorie leads all aspects of the company’s legal affairs and provides strategic council on business matters, as well as guidance to the R+F Compliance Department. Additionally, she serves as the Secretary to Rodan + Fields’ Board of Directors. Previously, Marjorie was Chief Legal Counsel at Clif Bar, and held divisional general counsel roles at Clorox, as the lead counsel for Professional, Pet, Homecare, and Glad. She is currently also the President of the Oakland Public Education Fund’s Board of Directors, a community nonprofit that has helped raise over $200 million for Oakland public school students. Marjorie has a LL.B/J.D. from University of London and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington.
