Mark Baxter

Mark Baxter is currently the Vice President at Rodel since July 2020. Prior to that, Mark worked as a Program Officer for US K-12 Programs at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Mark also held various roles at the Texas Education Agency, including Director of Policy and Planning, Director of School Improvement and Support, and Senior Policy Director-Educator Leadership and Quality. Before that, Mark worked at Educate Texas as an Associate Program Officer. Mark has a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a B.A. in History and American Studies from the University of Maryland.
