Anette Engh Bakke

Anette Engh Bakke is currently serving as a Digitaliseringsrådgiver at Rogaland fylkeskommune, having started in May 2024. Prior to this, Anette held the position of Project Manager & Business Developer at Nordic Edge from August 2023 to May 2024. Anette's experience at Innovation Norway from August 2016 to August 2023 included roles as a Digital forretningsutvikler with responsibilities in developing and implementing a new finance system, as well as serving as a Finanseringsrådgiver focused on loans, grants, financial analyses, and customer contact. Anette's earlier career includes four years as a Management Consultant at Deloitte (2012-2016) where project management, strategy creation, and operational due diligence were key responsibilities, and a part-time Procurement Associate role at ExxonMobil (2005-2012) involving tender processes and contract management. Anette holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by exchanges at Aarhus University and the University of Gothenburg.
