Vivi Song

Vivi Song is a Gallup Strength Coach and a Data Science Lead at Rogers Communications since June 2014. Under Vivi's leadership, the Data Science Churn Lab has garnered multiple nominations for the Ted Rogers Award, culminating in a win in 2021 for innovative machine learning solutions that significantly reduced customer churn. Vivi's prior experience includes serving as a Senior Manager Data Scientist, where responsibilities encompassed leading stakeholder meetings, employing advanced data mining techniques, and mentoring future data scientists. Earlier roles also include credit risk analysis at Canadian Tire Financial Services and actuarial analysis at Desjardins. Vivi holds a Master of Management Analytics from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto.
