S. John Granmayeh

S. John Granmayeh has over 20 years of experience in legal roles. From 2000 to 2021, they worked at ConocoPhillips in various roles, including Managing Counsel for the Lower 48 Business Unit, Senior Counsel for Upstream North America, Managing Counsel for the Russia & Caspian Region, Project Counsel for the Qatargas 3&4 Joint Asset Development Team, Senior Counsel for the Southern North Sea, and Counsel for the Lower 48 Business Unit. In 2021, they joined ROGII as General Counsel.

S. John Granmayeh has a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, a Master of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin in the Energy & Mineral Resources Masters Program, a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin in International Business & Petroleum Land Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Iranian/Persian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. S. John also holds certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration as a Commercial Pilot (CP) obtained in November 2021, an Instrument Rating obtained in April 2016, and a Private Aircraft Pilot (SEL) obtained in August 1996.
