Thierry Schroeter

Thierry Schroeter has diverse work experience, starting in 2002 with a role as a supply teacher for Etat de Vaud. In 2006, they became a teacher for the same organization and also worked as a professor at Ecole professionnelle de Lausanne (EPSIC). In 2007, they took on the role of a freelance journalist for 24 heures - Le grand quotidien vaudois and became a teaching and research assistant at the University of Lausanne. Finally, in 2008, they joined Rolex as the Global Head of Commercial Training.

Thierry Schroeter's education history includes completing a High Performance Leadership program at IMD in 2021. In 2006, they received a Certificate (with Distinction) in International Law from Harvard University. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they obtained a Master of Science (with Merit) in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Thierry Schroeter also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Lausanne - UNIL, which they earned between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they studied Political Science at Heidelberg University from 2003 to 2004. In 2001, they completed their Swiss High School Degree with a focus on Biology and Chemistry at Gymnase de Beaulieu, Lausanne. Thierry also holds a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English, which they obtained from Milner International College of English in Perth, Australia in 1998.
