Dinesh Raja Rajamani

Dinesh Raja Rajamani is an experienced professional in engineering and operations, currently serving as Operations Lead at Rolls-Royce since October 2022. Prior roles at Rolls-Royce include Manufacturing Operations Specialist and Manufacturing Engineer, where Dinesh led teams to implement innovative engineering solutions and promote continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Dinesh's experience also encompasses significant contributions as a Development Engineer and Performance Data Analyst during the Engineering Leadership Rotational Program, alongside a role as Senior Development Engineer at ATAG Benelux, focusing on aerodynamic optimization. Dinesh commenced a professional journey with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetam and further enhanced expertise with a Master's degree in Aerodynamics from Delft University of Technology.
