Alexa Rizzuto

Alexa Rizzuto is an experienced administrator and educator with a background in special education and elementary education. Currently serving as an Administrator at Roman & Associates since July 2022, Alexa provides detailed administrative support to over 53 coworkers and maintains accurate computer records for compliance during investigations. Previously, Alexa worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools, where effective teaching strategies were implemented, and curriculum adjustments were made to meet student needs. As a Fellow with Urban Teachers, significant contributions included over 1500 clinical hours and the successful implementation of tier 3 interventions in literacy and math, resulting in notable student progress. An early career as an Art Therapy Intern at Vinfen: Gateway Arts involved providing programming for adults with disabilities. Alexa holds multiple advanced degrees from Johns Hopkins University with a focus on Special Education and Elementary Education, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College.
