Dana Zemel Goodwin

Dana Zemel Goodwin is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people partnership and organizational development. Currently serving as a People Partner at Roofstock since June 2024, Dana previously held the position of Senior Manager of People Partnership at Mynd, where leadership of a team of HR Business Partners and contributions to critical verticals were key responsibilities. Dana has also served as Head of People at Dame Products, focusing on building HR systems in a startup environment, and provided consulting services through Dana Z Goodwin LLC.
