Kevin has been highly involved in the Industrial, Office, Land, Retail, Investment, and Multi-Family real estate arena for over 25 years and has thousands of successful transactions to his credit. From providing clients with top of the line marketing platforms to assist in the sale of a property, to in-depth financial analysis and debt assistance when buying. Abundant professional experience, knowledge and contacts have allowed Kevin to provide best in class service for his clients. Kevin is the Managing Principal of Thor Commercial Real Estate Co. in Minnesota. Thor Commercial operates under two divisions in the commercial real estate industry; brokerage and investment. Each division works on a multitude of product classes such as multi unit housing, single tenant retail, multi-tenant retail, office and industrial properties.

Kevin also formed the Miracle League here in Minnesota in 2005. He believes “Every Child Deserves the Opportunity to Play Baseball”, and has been involved in building adaptive baseball fields and leagues throughout the state and the Midwest. Kevin is a past President of the Minnesota Real Estate Exchangors, is an active member in the National Council of Exchangors, Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Assoc., and the Minnesota Real Estate Investors Assoc.
