Maria Valdes

Maria Valdes has over 20 years of work experience in the energy sector. Maria began their career in 1997 as an NGL Scheduler at Koch Hydrocarbon. Maria then moved to Koch Energy Trading in 1999 as a Power Scheduler. In 2000, Maria joined Enron as a Sr. Power Specialist. Maria then transitioned to UBS Investment Bank in 2002 as a Commodities Logistics. Maria continued their journey in the energy sector at Barclays Capital from 2004 to 2014, where they held roles as Market Risk Manager - Crude & Refined Products, Commodities Project Manager/Endur Business Analyst, and Power & Gas Logistics Manager. In 2014, they joined MRE Consulting, Ltd. as a Consultant-Subject Matter Expert/Business Analyst Power&Gas. Maria then moved to 3B Inspection, LLC in 2018 as Business Development. In 2019, they joined Optimus - People. Solutions. Delivered. as a Senior Consultant and Power & Gas. Most recently, Maria joined Hitachi ABB Power Grids in 2021 as an ETRM Subject Matter Expert. Maria is currently employed at Roscommon Analytics LLC as a Sr. Project Manager/BA.
