Selma Aslan İnan

Selma Aslan İnan currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Rossmann Türkiye since February 2021, following a progression from Human Resource Director at SIMTEC Sistem Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. from January 2016 to February 2021. Prior to that, Selma spent nearly a decade at SIMTEC, initially as a Human Resources Specialist starting in September 2007. Earlier experience includes roles at SIEMENS as a Technical Support Engineer, at Wincanton Trans European Limited as a Finance Specialist, and as a Controller at T-Mobile. Selma holds a Master of Business Administration from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf and is furthering education at Yeditepe Üniversitesi while also having studied at Marmara Üniversitesi from 1988 to 1992.
